Professional Voice Actor - German

$250-280/hr Remote Freelance AUDIO

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, professional recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

Note: This role does not involve voice cloning of any kind.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, expressive German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized German voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong, clear speaking voice
• Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance audio work
• Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances across a range of tones and styles
• Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, rhythm, and pronunciation
• Detail-oriented when evaluating and providing structured feedback on audio quality

Nice to Have

• Experience working with directed session scripts or remote audio production
• Familiarity with regional German accents and dialectal variation
• Background in broadcasting, theatre, film dubbing, or commercial voice work
• Prior experience with AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
