Position Overview

As our National Key Account Manager, you'll focus on sales and business development, building strong business relationships with top wholesale and larger primary customers in the eyecare community. Your goal is clear: grow top-line sales by capturing share of board, building brand awareness, and supporting brand standards across your accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, manages a wide territory with confidence, and treats every account like a true partnership.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage top-tier retail and wholesale accounts with care and consistency.

• Negotiate contracts and terms that support long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Analyze inventory and sales data to guide smart, informed decisions.

• Plan in-store merchandising and marketing that strengthens brand presence.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the eyecare community and among optical retailers.

• Grow existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

• Educate customers on product launches, new collections, and merchandising strategies.

• Represent the company and its brands with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• 4 to 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with larger doors and accounts in the eyecare community.

• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

• Industry knowledge of optical frames or lenses.

• Ability to work independently and manage a large sales territory.
